I thought I would add miscellaneous stuff on this page so that I could use this as my ‘all-purpose’ blog for friends and family to keep up. 

So most of you know that we run two businesses from our home.  Business has been slow, but God willing, it will either pick up soon, or follow Him down a different path.  It’s all in God’s hands, despite us. 

Scott and I have a couple of ‘pet projects’ in the works.  Though I can’t tell you any details about them at this time, I can tell you that I truly think God is leading us in a completely different direction.  It’s scary and exciting at the same time.  Our first indication was deciding to homeschool.  That would have never come about had our business continued to thrive.  I truly believe with all my heart that this was God nudging us down this path.  The other projects are more Christ-centered than dollar-centered.  Granted, if they succeed, we will be able to sustain a comfortable lifestyle (after all, you can’t go wrong when you’re following God!), but more importantly, it will promote Christianity on a whole new level.  That’s all I can say about that for now.

We’ve taken a break from weekly newsletters, as they haven’t yielded us any new business, and there are only so many interesting articles you can write with regards to technology, that people will actually read.  However, we do plan to write monthly newsletters, so if you’re interested in being on the mailing list, make sure you sign up on the website.

Our other web address, www.arkofcovington.com, is still functioning as well.  Though traffic has severly diminished since I implemented a password to access the photos and movies, I do try to update it as well.  If you need a password, send me an email and I’ll set that up for you.
