Hockey Update

Well, with only two weeks left in our season, I have to say that it’s turned out to be the best season of hockey so far!  Our team is in first place, and really, we’re the only team out there that actually plays like a team.  The other teams rely on ONE superstar on their team.  Our team has learned to pass and play with vision.  As a result, we are often able to shut down the other team’s ‘super star’.

Last Friday night, Cam scored TWO GOALS in his game against the Ducks.  You would have thought Scott and I were at an NHL playoff game the way we carried on.  LOL  We were so incredibly proud of Cam and his effort!  Even Ty had a good game – blocking a shot on goal with his skate!  This is the best game that either boy has ever had so far.  With only two more games to go…I do believe Cam will be able to pull off his first hat trick.  And maybe Ty can pick up his first goal too?
